Lynette Edwards is an accredited mediator, conciliator, conflict coach, and trainer with over 25 years’ experience across government, private, and not-for-profit sectors.

Lynette has conducted over 2000 dispute resolution processes.

Lynette mediates commercial, workplace, consumer and civil disputes.  She is appointed to the Small Business Commission, facilitating disputes between businesses and commercial and retail lease disputes.  She is also appointed to the Department of Education for mediation and conflict coaching, and to a major infrastructure project mediation panel.  She conciliates with the NSW Civil and Administrative Tribunal on consumer/commercial matters and residential tenancy disputes.

Her experience spans disputes amongst directors and partnerships; stakeholders of sporting federations; global Information Technology companies; aviation and accommodation; sport; franchises; community groups; motor vehicle and heavy vehicle disputes, agriculture and husbandry; building and construction disputes; workplace; interpersonal and neighbourhood disputes. She has been involved with community consultation on several government projects, including chairing meetings.

She has over 15 years’ volunteering experience in suicide crisis prevention, mental health and trauma support, dementia support, and support for incarcerated families. She mentors law students in mediation, judges mediation competitions, and serves as a Director of Voluntas, a not-for-profit providing pro bono mediations to the volunteer community.
